Adobe, the leader in design softwares gave a surprise when it announced about its acquisition of Omniture. The transaction is valued at $1.8 billion.
Adobe Systems Incorporated (Nasdaq:ADBE) and Omniture, Inc. (Nasdaq:OMTR) today announced the two companies have entered into a definitive agreement for Adobe to acquire Omniture in a transaction valued at approximately $1.8 billion on a fully diluted equity-value basis. Under the terms of the agreement, Adobe will commence a tender offer to acquire all of the outstanding common stock of Omniture for $21.50 per share in cash. Read the full story

- SiteCatalyst inside Head Tag
If the Site Catalyst code is placed inside he head tags, an image request would not be sent. The Site Catalyst code should always be pasted inside the body section. Another tip to overcome this issue is including the code inside the footer section of a template.
- Setting the wrong Report Suite ID
If a wrong Suite ID is referenced, you would end up with no data and thus no reports. However, using a debugger would not portray the issue and would still allow you to see the variables set and would also provide reports. Read the full story
