my TL is only TL…but doent have any rights for TL nor he leads team. (he only became TL bcoz of Head of DM have common things in them – “rubissh talking”)
self proclaimed lady(2) leads always talk rubissh about “saas-bahu” matters…
Hope the CEO saw this vid …. will lead to a lot of mid year appraisals / lay-offs
I can’t work this way and take salary there must be aims in careers in that case even a office boy can become a IT Manager, its just a garbage

Such things are becoming a common site in most of the IT companies in India cos of the slow down in the US. We do not have any projects and might be on bench for the next 6 months. 2009 hopefully should be a better year.
